Guest Speaker: JENNIFER SCOTT, Founder of HireEffect, a Recruitment and Consulting Firm


Jennifer Scott is the founder of HireEffect, a recruitment consulting and talent acquisition firm in Stamford, CT. She has over 15 years of experience in recruitment and staffing which includes a unique blend of agency-side recruiting and Corporate Human Resources.

Prior to founding HireEffect, a recruitment consulting and talent acquisition firm built on integrity and professionalism, Jennifer was the Manager of Recruitment for the largest home heating oil service and delivery Company in the US. She designed and managed a strategic sourcing and recruitment process for 38 locations in 9 states, and worked in conjunction with the Vice President of Human Resources and C-suite executives to align all recruitment and retention efforts with the process improvement initiatives the Company was undertaking.

Preceding that role, she was the Division Manager for a niche staffing firm, and opened their first CT location.
